Welcome to Dig for Dementia
Providing supportive gardening workshops for people with dementia and their carers. We predominantly cover Hampshire and Wiltshire providing workshops for up to 10 people in residential/nursing homes and day centres. We also provide 1:1 sessions in your own home.
What do we do?
Provide seasonal gardening workshops from spring bulbs to winter bedding plants. All sessions are designed to be done at a table indoors or outdoors so the weather wont stop you being able to enjoy the benefits of nature.
Group Workshops
Dementia friendly workshops focussing on the sensory benefits of nature and green space.
Home Visits
We can also provide tailored individual visits to you at home so you are still able to enjoy your gardening hobby.
For carers too
Our workshops are not just for people with dementia but their carers too!
