Our services include guided gardening sessions, therapeutic planting activities, and advice related to garden design for wellness. However, we do not provide general garden maintenance, care responsibilities, or horticultural tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, or pest control.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Dig for Dementia will take reasonable care during gardening therapy sessions; however, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during or as a result of our services, except where such damages are caused by our negligence. Clients should ensure their garden is safe and free from hazards prior to sessions.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared with Dig for Dementia during the course of our services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any personal details to third parties unless required by law or with the client's consent.
9. Changes to Terms
Dig for Dementia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- Lawn mowing
- Weeding
- Hedge trimming
- Planting or removing plants for maintenance purposes

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
- All payments for gardening therapy services must be made within 7 days after a workshop or as otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees.
- In the event of a missed session or late cancellation, Dig for Dementia reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
- In the event a session has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the care providers control (Namely infection control precautions) Dig for Dementia will work to reschedule the workshop where possible.
